- The most recent paystub issued by your organization (30 days or less);
- A letter from your organization confirming you are in good membership standing (30 days or less);
- An employee badge or membership ID card.
The $45 is the one-time connection fee. You are charged this fee only once and will appear on your first or next TELUS invoice. This fee is a One-Time fee, therefore non-recurring.
